Terms of Service — Bento Grid: Kawaii Kitchen

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Bento Grid: Kawaii Kitchen (“the App”). The App is published by AFnextgames, based in Ireland (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it;
• cheat, use modified versions of the App, or tamper with its save data or purchases;
• interfere with the App’s advertising, or generate fake ad views or clicks;
• use the App for anything unlawful.

2. Coins and other in-game rewards

The App contains in-game rewards, such as coins and stars, which you earn by playing or by choosing to watch rewarded ads.

• In-game rewards have no real-world value. They cannot be bought, exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and they can only be used inside the App.
• We may change how rewards work or are balanced, for example to fix a bug or improve the game.

3. Purchases

• The App offers an optional Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play and processed by Google under Google’s terms. We never see or store your payment details.
• The price is shown in the App and on Google Play before you buy.
• Remove Ads removes the ads shown between levels. Optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad for free coins or a revive) stay available, because you choose to watch them.
• Because the App delivers digital content immediately, by buying you ask us to deliver it straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once it is delivered, as permitted by EU consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty.
• Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, Remove Ads may be removed.

4. Your progress

The App has no accounts of its own and no servers of ours. Your progress (levels, stars, coins and settings) is saved on your device.

• If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, a copy of your progress is also saved to your own Google account and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account.
• If you do not use Google Play Games and you uninstall the App, clear its data or change phones, your progress is lost and cannot be recovered by us.
• Remove Ads is tied to your Google Play account and is restored when you reinstall the App and sign in to the same Google account.

5. Advertising

The App is free to play and shows ads served by Google AdMob. How ads use data, and how to change your ad choices, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and how it is used. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The App and everything in it, including its art, characters, music, sounds, text and code, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Apart from the licence in section 1, these Terms give you no rights in them.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the App, change or remove features, events or offers, or stop offering the App. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We try to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Liability

The App is provided for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress caused by uninstalling the App, clearing its data, changing devices, or problems with your device. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously break these Terms (for example by cheating with purchases), we may stop supporting your use of the App.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the App after a change, the updated Terms apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
